SK Jewellery Jewel - Jewel Airport

Recently visited SK Jewel. All the staff there are friendly and good. I would like to give 5 star due to their service was fantastic. ??

Suki was very attentive, patient, polite and helpful. Had a wonderful experience.

Suki Koh is very accomodating, friendly and help the customer to find the appropriate jewellery for the person.

Went to SK @ Jewel today and we were served by Louise Chen. At first, he was helpful. We chose a piece with a certain price printed on the price tag. He then said that we couldn’t buy it since the price is wrong. Was it really wrong? Was it an old stock, hence the older price? But he didn’t really apologise to us after we chose to buy that piece. Anyway, we ended up buying 2 pieces of jewellery and his other colleague took free gifts for us (we usually get free gifts at SK so this is not something new), but he said right in front of us “no need to give free gift” then he put the freebies away. My companion asked him for the free gifts since they openly discussed it in front of us and we knew about the free gift system (since we have been buying from SK quite often- online & offline store)- but Louise Chen said no free gift. The customer service was not really good- we asked him about the different stones meaning but he couldn’t even explain them properly, he asked us to google instead. He didn’t even apologise for the wrong price tag and we were already set to pay for that particular piece and we were already at the counter. Lastly, we bought 2 pieces of jewellery and when his colleague took the “free gifts” for us, he openly told his colleague not to give us the free gifts. Quite disappointing since most of the SK SAs that we know (from Vivo & Jem) are quite friendly and approachable. Maybe it’s just this employee’s attitude but it’s not very nice for someone who works in customer service industry.

I was served by Ms Suki who was very polite and she could intro me the item based on my likes and budget. She is an asset to your company! Pls share with her my compliment.

Louis is excellent! He took time to understand what I was looking for and went the extra mile to help me get an out of stock item efficiently. I like that he is very patient, knowledgeable, keeps me in the loop of latest updates and make me feel comfortable in future purchases with him.

Friendly and patience staff serve by Max as my wife manage to get a few charms and bracelets spend at least 2 hours here.... Thanks Max and Suki....
