Went down yesterday for facial. Kate did the skin analysis using the machine. Its pretty cool. Kate is patience and explained on the results and gave advice and recommendations. Did the trial skin brite clearing treatment and top up for ampoule. Nicole was my therapist. She is attentive and friendly. The extraction was not painful. Face wasn't too red, next day it was better. They also served ginger tea and dessert too. Overall a great experience! Thank you both.

First time doing facial and tried out skin belief as it was near where I stay. Had a super pleasant experience where the staff there is all very friendly and nice. Hui Ying, the one who did my facial as well as the other staffs there are very patient and explain to me in detail about my face condition as well as how to better take care of my skin at home. Knowing that I am a student, they did not hard sell any products or packages.

My second time here & I really love the ambience and facial service here! They were very patient with explaining to me what I can do to improve my skin condition, and what to take note of during my skin care routine. The whole facial process was very comfortable and 100% no hard selling! Will defo recommend Skin Belief to the people around me.

Great place for facial, staff seem professional. Tracy did my facial, my blood-clot acne was treated & was advise after few days it will fully recovered. Not very painful process. Face feel cleaner and brighter.

Having bad experience with other facial salon with forcefully signing up package, I am glad to have Skin Belief as my monthly routine facial care choice. The consultant, Ms. Kate, understood all my concerns and she rest me assured that even though I don't sign up package she will still welcome me on pay per visit session. Although she did offered me a small package, she was neither pushy nor forcefully to me for taking up. She had done a skin analysis for me and explained very detailed on every single issues that needs to be rectified. On my first visit today, Ms. Nicole was my beautician. She was very helpful, careful and considerate for her customer. Her facial massage was excellent. Desserts and tea was served after facial. Last but not least, the staffs, the friendliness, the knowledge they provided and environment definitely will persuaded you to 'a must return?' Had signed a small package with them as I believed that my skin will be well taken care off in good hands with them??

Had my first facial @ Skin Belief yesterday. Upon first visit, was asked on areas which I’d like to focus and did a skin analysis. Kate recommended to try the Skin Brite Clearing Treatment and Detox Mask based on my skin conditions. The whole introductory process was detailed and very comfortable. I was informed of the pricing right at the start and Kate recommended something within my budget range that I am comfortable with which put my mind at ease. Nicole did my facial and it was really good! I really do see a difference in my complexion and my husband even commented that my skin looked a lot brighter. They even served dessert after facial which is a plus! My whole experience was so good that I’ve decided to sign up more sessions with them. There was no hard selling at all and Kate was very understanding and respecting when it comes to one’s budget and affordability. Bought a few products from them to try and am hopeful to achieving better skin with self discipline and their help:) Highly recommended.
