She tailored the treatment to suit my skin type - no hard selling at all- you can relax; More importantly, the results are excellent. The skin is really glowing today - Grace did an excellent job. Great place to get your facials and massages done. The staffs are friendly. When you are at the shop don’t worried about being short changed. They are also not pushy with their packages which makes me love this place even more. Super super recommend.

Her service was impeccable right from the start when I booked the appointment via WhatsApp. Even though I was utilising a Fave voucher, she did not resort to hard-selling or pushy sales tactics. By the end of our session, it was clear that she's an experienced facial therapist who knows to be gentle with sensitive skin and also possesses great bedside manner. The latter is incredibly hard to chance upon at most facial places I've been to, and easily persuaded me to sign up for a few more sessions that I'm now looking forward to.
