Very unprofessional and no value of their client time. Found the company thru "Best Notary Public article" it was certainly not. I had appointment with notary public to witness me signing the document. I had to wait for 1hr and 40 mins, paid 200+ dollar for their service. I came 10 mins early and the first person to attend to me told me to wait because they are still out for their lunch. Bear in mind that it was 2pm and I had prior appointment. 1 of the employee finally attend to me, bring me to the meeting room, took my document, without saying anything, left me in the room. I had took ask how long is it to process my document, she said the notary public was notified and not responding. Again, I had prior appointment, not like I was a walk-in customer. By the time the notary public came, finished their job on my document it took roughly about 1hr 30mins. I would suggest finding out other better Notary Public Office around Toa Payoh(there are plenty) before going to this one.

Came down a few months back to get advice for conveyancing with my wife. The appointment was at 11am but waited for an hour for Liza to attend to us as she was still “on her way” to work. Her service was normal for a small firm. The lawyer, Dennis was quite rude and loud when there was some misunderstanding in the legal documents. I wonder if this is how he speaks to the other clients as well as the other staffs by raising his voice.

I had a property case with Liza Yeo, Business Manager, of Chiu Cheong LLC. She's very knowledgeable with the processes and was very helpful during my whole process of working with her. Their pricing structure is also very transparent and competitive. Liza is very understanding about the client's circumstances and make her business decisions based on what is fair and just to all the parties involved. I would definitely engage her again in the future if I have any other property related issues.

I engaged this firm to do 2 sales transactions and 2 purchases. I am appalled by the fact that they make mistakes and failed to complete some steps of the sales process. My 2 properties MCSTs were not informed of the change of ownership resulting in my incurring late charges for maintenance. My assessment is that this firm does not have enough experience manpower to do the conveyancing properly.

We called up today to get a letter notarised at 2pm. Even in these times of COVID, they lived up to their motto of "Fast notarization process" and we were all done by 5.40pm! Chiu Cheong LLC is the most responsive, helpful and easy to deal with law firm for notary public services. Unlike other firms who told me that they'll have a secretary call me back at some unspecified point in the future, they put me directly onto Vince, who explained and walked me through the process; reminding me twice to bring my passports, reminding me to enter the names in the sequence as they appear in the passports, explaining what is and isn't required and why. He made it easy for me by giving me specific directions to get there and being prepared before I arrived. They are also reasonably priced. If you are looking for a notary public, Chiu Cheong is great. 5 stars ++

Joel from Chiu Cheong LLC helped my grandma in a very difficult case. No lawyer in town was willing to take it up.
