β β β β β Horrible service. Full of lies! Bought a serum on 4th May but was out of stock, salesperson said will be back in stock in half a month. So I agreed to pay first and wait, waited for more than a month, I called a dozen times they donβt pick up my call. I called until they finally picked my call on 15th June. Said that product will reach latest by Thursday. I said that Iβll wait till Friday and will file in police report. And they decide to refund me lol. So basically itβs another lie. When I went down the first sentence the manager said was Iβll no longer be their elite member because of this.
