I am wondering Is he sincere to do business for SKP?
What's the SOP for your email? I understand there maybe a lot of customers but 3 days(72hrs) enough time to reply an quoting or inquiries email, is it enough? Somehow I still don't get the email after 3 days...
SKP please look into this.
