โ โ โ โ โ Called SKP a week ago to ask if I can bring my 16inch numbered balloons for helium inflation, staff said yes, but I have to bring them to the store directly for the exact pricing
Well guess what, I walked under the hot sun just to get two balloons inflated and they had the audacity to tell me that they can't pump 'small balloon like these'
At that moment, I was so confused and asked how much one of theirs would cost.
$19 each!
To be furious at their lack of professionalism is an understatement.
SKP pls train your staff on the knowledge they require to be retailers of a store.

It also have some stationary in case you require it. The store has been operating for quite some time already at the basement of Sun Plaza just beside FuHua medical store or NTUC Fair price.
