polite until you take the badly repaired product back to him, then he will claim no I gave it to you fine! How could he have checked the phone works fine when the batt was dead?! Charged and turned on phone and saw the crap job.

You decide if you want to patronize this shop.... Had my Samsung screen replaced one month ago and now black out due the LCD issue which the shop claim that it's not under warrenty. The screen was not cracked and it's basically a PCB assembly issues.And PCB issues is due to low inferior parts used. The saleman and the in-charge supervisor or boss is low in credit ability as they mentioned to me if the new screen got any issues go back to them. Now LCD got issues it's not their fault but question is the full screen assembly is replaced new by them and proclaim to be original Samsung parts. They also proclaim that when you take the phone is working then after that not liability as it depend how you use ..If that the case tell you customer up front. Lastly, they technically try not to understand or act stupid. Keep saying its LCD issues but my question is who ordered and replaced the full new screen assembly...You my friend!!! Worst is that the supervisor mentioned it's your luck that the component failed and not his issues... My luck... My advise... if screen cracked and still can use don replace it .

Even though my handphone could not be repaired, you went the extra mile to me to retrieve back most my important data from my damaged phone when it was so close to your knock off time.
