I bought a king size bed from Courts Nex @ Serangoon on 14 May 2022. I commended the sales personnel in my earlier posting. While I am satisfied with the mattress, I have the following comments on the bedframe. The bed frame fabric was stapled to the wooden frame and workmanship was poor with some staples partially sticking out. Even though it cannot be seen, it should be properly finished. Like the crew who assembled the bedframe, it gave me the impression that it was made in a haste. Every leg is attached to the wooden frame with just 4 screws. I was told to move the bed carefully by lifting it and I can see why because the leg is flimsy. The headboard is loosely attached to the frame. It feels shaky. The connection should be more rigid instead. Considering the bed frame is quite pricey it should be better made. I understand the bedframe maker is Sealy subcontractor so I am giving this feedback in hope that there can be future improvement to the construction and quality of the product.

Was given excellent choices and explanation by Benson throughout my time in the shop. Told him I am looking for a TV for my mum and he patiently went through all the options, features and suitability including how to place the TV for their comfort in each brand and model for the elderly. He was very busy when we were there twice, in the morning and evening on the same day. I saw he helped a few customers with equal patience and professionalism both for the young and the aged. He is clam and steady no matter what the client demand of him. I saw that he communicate with his team members in a very positive and friendly way. Very happy to have gotten the TV from Benson in Courts, my mother is very happy with the purchase also. Thanks!
