★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website is non-intuitive despite doing so called pre-filing beforehand. All supporting documents provided and consultation date appointed only to go before the assistant registrar to have him say that there is a mistake in the filing! Asked to withdraw case and re-file with other option being to proceed with hearing and get case thrown out within 10 minutes.
When asked why is the submission not reviewed beforehand so that court and parties time are not wasted, assistant registrar openly admitted that system only receives filing and cannot determine if the filing is right or wrong. Only human can. So kindly fix the system!
Assistant registrar needs to be more empathic and polite to the layman who are not versed in law.

My dispute with my ex-landlady on security deposit was resolved the most professional and efficient manner by the associate registrar and the mediator. Kudos and thank you, for giving us closure at last.
The website CJTS may not be providing intuitive user experience, but it worked well.

Within, is equally easy to maneuver as unwalkable, inaccessible places are all cordoned off.

To small businesses owners out there, should you start a business and run away with the customer's money, if the amount is small enough nobody will bother with the lengthy process to sue you and claim back the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The judge was unhelpful. The judge was unprofessional and give off a vibe that the case is unreasonable and just brush us off. He acted like a deliquent where he just repeatedly mentioned we can't do anything, you can proceed for hearing if you want, I won't stop you but nothing will be done.
