★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In April 2018 we consulted a female Chinese lawyer about selling a HDB joint venture flat and she advised that both signatures were needed to sell. However, we engaged a private lawyer and in Dec 2018 I got what I wanted which is with only one party needed if the other is unable to sign.
So what sort of Beloni lawyer is she?

Staff shuttled us from place to another & each had the cheek to confidently contradict one another!
Plus, their website makes it sound like Litigants-in-Person get helped. Let it be known that it’s a 20-min advice and never again.
A foreign maid like Parti Liyana has more help to get justice than us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lol. D dept open at 9am to 12.30pm, then lunch for 2 hours and reopen at 2.30 to 4pm. Counter closed at 3++ on first working day of 2022 and say no more q num. Sibeh good life! I suggest u to announce this on ur website so ppl dont waste time going there all d way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So in order to find justice for me and my family against nuisance neighbour, i need to brave my way through Community Police, CJC, HDB, TOWN COUNCIL AND MAGISTRATE COURT. So, people, aft all these turmoil, will justice prevail? Barely. Is this how govt bodies work? Evrybody just tai chi to each other and then relay until the person is so drained to do anything
