E	Eunice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited over 2 hours for my order which got cancelled because the outlet closed. Will never order from them again and would not recommend or encourage anyone to order from them. Save yourselves the distress and disappointment.

He scolded us badly in the phone, he complaint that we were wasting his time, and said we put the remarks there “Call No.7” and keep asking us what the hell is the meaning? We told him we have no idea with the remarks, we are the customers, don’t know how the shop operate there! After we called for help, nobody answer the phone, and it showed refunded. Wth to the kitchen?? This is the first time we ordered, also will be the last time ordered from you! We called at least 15 times to get help from the PIC number given by the platform. But no one answering!

Do their chickens only have wings and a dry piece of meat on them? 1 wing is Okay, I didn't exactly order a WING piece meal set. Wake up Jollibee staff and watch What you put in those take away boxes.

Unfortunately, I didn’t receive as what I ordered. I ordered two sets of meal -1 set of 3 pieces of chicken with rice (but no drinks provided!) & 1 set of chicken fillet burger comes with coke can (but no potato chips given!) I feel disappointed on the service even though the smart kitchen idea was brilliant but kindly review on the quality service provided to the customers.

L	Lewis Loh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst central kitchen ever. Every delivery rider and people who order here will take beyond an hour to get their order. This kitchen is an embarrassment for smart city kitchen. The order collection system is terribad, the TV monitors that displays the numbers are permanently out of order. The collection booth staff yells order numbers out via an extremely loud speaker for delivery personnel and people who order food! There is no proper waiting area, staff and delivery personnel openly smoke near the collection area also It pales in comparison to other central kitchens who are efficient. Whoever is managing this kitchen really needs to be thoroughly re trained and evaluate their entire system.
