I am very pleased with Raymond, Caden and his team. Got the ring doorbell, digital doorlock, power tracks, door chime and routers. They are very patient, helpful and go the extra mile to help. The Starhub guy came to my house and caused my internet and wifi to be disconnected. It was late at night when we realised the problem. We contacted Raymond and his colleague actually taught my son how to fix problem over the phone and managed to fix problem. However it took till after midnight. I am impressed by his professionalism and efficiency. Will definitely recommend Smart Home Solutions. Thank you so much for your help?

during the whole experience and setup of the tech in our home they were friendly and responsive, eager to answer any question we had and the ease of commutation makes it a breeze whenever a fault happens, one of the staff to take notice is caden, he has been amazing at helping with the setups and he makes it simple to resolves faults. as well as been friendly and professional with his work.

Caden was very knowledgeable in guiding us through the entire process, also recommending the best systems based on our needs. The team, were professional during the installation process, on days where I am not present during the renovation, their coordination with my ID was seamless and I basically have nothing to worry about. I waited for more than one year to post this review because i had heard that smart switches and their installers are unreliable, and wanted to see if this was true. After using the smart system for more than a year, I am happy to endorse Smart Home Solutions as they gave me a very good customer experience during the design and install phase. Raymond and his team are passionate and knowledgeable about Smart systems. Even after installation, whenever i encountered issues with the smart switches (which does happen with all things SMART or electronic), Raymond and Caden responded fast and focussed on solving my problems in the shortest possible time. A shout out to Caden, who even replied to my request for help during his reservist! This company installs smart solutions which they have personally backtested for reliability. Even after i have exceeded the warranty period, the service level from Raymond and Caden didn't drop. Well done!
