★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the 1st time i order from them . Place Order 8 sep dlvd 7.30 to 8am at balestier so I wait and wait to 08.15 so no ppl come called 62061730 divert to handphone China guy anw ("sound like just wake up) telling me HE WILL CHECK AND CALL ME BUT NO PPL CALL ME AT .
At 0830 I call.office and finally a Chinese lady . Same thing again
Telling me the driver just went off after meeting !!!! So where is my order as dlvd timing order are b4 8am ? She tell me raining and maybe the driver is late or maybe traffic jam ... so.i tell her my order dlvd timing is 7.30 to 8am She agaain say she will call driver and call me back.
I call again at 08.45am another staff anw the called ""may" same thing she will check .
Recevied the call from the company Uni-TAT ICE MARKETING
tell me his driver need 15 to 20.min to arrive.
At 09.14am I sharing this as I hadn't recevied the order at all
Recevied the ice at 9.20 am
So I order 1 foam box and 2 pkt
My order erro again. As the driver dlvd order statues as 3 pkt ice only
Omg what this company ...I.think they should do something their sop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 2 bag of food grade drinking ice yesterday from this supplier name Unitat Iceman.
I pour the ice into ice box by both hand turn green. This really scare me. I found out the color is from the ice bag who print their company logo.
The worst part is the ink goes into the ice and ice was dye with green color. I believe that the ink was poisonous, I got to throw away all the ice.
I wonder why the company allowed this to happen.
I would like to highlight this to the management of the company, guys who order ice from this company and may write in to SFA to feedback on this serious issue.
