★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to self collect my Lazada item. What I thought was a straightforward and simple process turns out to be a nightmare. The two person who are manning the counters told me her system apparently has problem and made me wait for super long even though she is still serving other customers who are buying their items in the shop. And told me to come another time to collect cos their system has problem and ‘there is nothing they can do about it. Just wait lor’. Worse thing is the two ladies still dare to scold me for being unreasonable! Seriously! I didn’t even do anything I just asked how come it’s taking so long. Seriously the worse place ever. I won’t even want to buy the items here seeing how they treat their customers.
