โ โ โ โ โ Came and saw 3 big flies flying around the store. 1 managed to enter the plastic cover of the breads that are meant for using the tongs to grab. Not recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ After 35 years as a resident of the area, I must say this is probably the best bread shop. Dunno how I could have missed the place that opened couple of years ago. Likely is my distaste of Junction 9.
Most local bakeries offer a whole plethora of fillings, artistic designs and poor copy cats. Though a local lowkey operation, their doughs are full bodied and chewy - unlike the airy formless kinds by the likes of Swee Heng.
Best example is their no frills doughnuts. Full flavored they are closest to the French version. Their curry items are spicy and fresh, coconut buns are filled to the brim with tasty fillings- even the $2 for four sets. Traditional ang gu kways and sugar topped cookies are just as good.
And everything is baked there in front of your eyes.

โ โ โ โ โ Salted egg croissant is the bomb.Other sausage buns are also good. Everything is freshly baked in-house and you can see the bakers doing their job. Can pay with PayNow too!

โ โ โ โ โ I've always bought the spicy chicken floss and what I had today is a reminder to check the bread first before buying. I went to the shop and had only 1 spicy chicken floss left, so I took it, I paid and head home. Was happily eating once I got home and to my surprise, there's a big fly inside the bread before taking another bite. I immediately stopped. Something the shop can look into.
