Before CNY we went to Smartbed and was served by Sky. His patience and knowledge really helped us settled everything including the customizing all. Finally fitted into our room after 2 yrs of hunting. Less then 1 mth we went back to him again to get for our kids too!! Thank you so much! Will definitely recommend all homeowners!!

I've purchased a set of bookshelf and queen-size storage bedframe from Smartbed Furnitures and I must say that it was a very satisfying experience to both my partner and I. We have always felt the need to have more storage space within our room. With this queen-size storage bedframe, we can finally resolve this ongoing issue of storage space and also have a steady bedframe that allows us to have a well-deserved night of good rest. When we approach the showroom in Ubi to view the furnitures, the staffs were also very polite, friendly, patient and instructive when it comes to our needs and concerns back at home. As mentioned above, the issue of storage space has been completely resolved for me and my partner. I recommend Warren to answer to any of your queries if you'd like to visit the showroom in Ubi like I did. While there was a slight delay with the delivery time, it is a situation that I am completely empathetic with. Covid-19 situation in Malaysia is getting worse with each passing day, and the fact that they kept me updated with the delivery situation in a professional manner has made me extremely satisfied with both their goods and service. Highly recommended 10/10!! Kudos to Smartbed Furniture.

Great experience with Smartbed. We ordered a murphy wall bed. Sales person - SKY was very helpful to us in showcasing and explaining the details about the product. He was constantly communicating with us and attended all our doubts/ queries in a professional manner. Happy customer of Smartbed ?

Saleman Jacky has a Very good service, helpful And very patients towards customer. Highly recommended. Had brought a 8ft wardrobe, although came with wrong measurements for the drawers, but Jacky was very helpful to help me to solved the problems within afew days. He managed to help me to do exchange . Meantime I still able to have the wardrobe till the new wardrobe ready. Big thank to Jacky.

Bought the recycliner sofa from Sky. He is knowledgeable and helpful. The item delivered on scheduled but the delivery men not given much time to check it after installation. Found that the zipper of left handle was not in place when cleaning it few days later . Contact Sky and he personally came by to my place to rectify the defect ,within an hour! Good service Sky ! Highly recommended!

Good showroom with many mid-range priced furniture, they don’t just sell beds but also do sofas, dining sets, wardrobes and cabinets. Brand Ambassador, Sky Tan was extremely helpful although I did not make a purchase on my first visit. What do I like? 1) Good customer service 2) They can custom make the furniture as they are not just a reseller 3) Prices are reasonable

Edit: asked the salesperson initially if he can tell which parts are at fault, he said yes. my replacement was scheduled between 3-6pm on 25th april but they only arrived at 9-10pm. By the way, I only got an update from them after i called to check with CS at 5:30pm what time my delivery will be arriving. poor communication with customer. this is not low manpower problem, just bad customer service. ridiculously late. and my replacement parts didnt even arrive complete. If i have to wait for another 2 weeks for yet another replacement I might have to pay rent for a room I’m not even staying in. extremely poor recovery service also, paid in full 2 months ago and failed to provide service recovery even until now. Not honest seller at all. highly do not recommend. old: I would recommend not to order from them unless you are willing to wait 2 months for your products to be delivered. Placed my order directly at their warehouse on 19th Feb 2022. 1 month is understandable but 2 months seems unreasonable. After delay due to COVID case in the warehouse, my bed frame arrived 1-2 weeks after the wardrobe. Small issue. However, the wardrobe was assembled poorly, with scruff marks around. They are also unable to provide immediate remedy to the problem, only mentioned they have requested for replacement parts from the factory and will take another 2 weeks. Their logistics team also assigns deliveries by location instead of priority - replacement parts arrived since 13th April but are unable to deliver as of today, 21st April. I also have to constantly check in for updates, no updates on their end at all. Also provides textbook answers on how logistics will contact me whenever they are able to find a slot.
