β β β β β This company handles over-capacity mail from Singpost, their service is as bad if not worse than Singpost. Delivery is slow, their postman are irresponsible, staff are either ignorant or rude, I have had 2 overseas mails that were lost under them.

β β β β β Very very unlucky and unfortunate that my parcel from China is being handled by WMG. It's just sitting there at the distribution centre for days. I think if u are unlucky enuff to get WMG, please ask for refund. Your parcel won't see the light of day to your receiving address.

β β β β β I feel sorry for you if you parcel ended up with that company. You will need to add 1-2 weeks additional delivery time if you are lucky. Their drivers even fail to delivery to Condos which have 24h security and mail service, even after calling and giving them authorization. You also will not find any cards or other evidence that they tried to deliver, I guess you just have to trust them. Good luck !

β β β β β I believe this company provides the WORST delivery service in the world.
First experience: They hold my parcel for 4 weeks but they never deliver it. The customer service people is not helpful to solve this issue. They just threw the ball to the postman/warehouse activities. Finally, I have to contact my provider to send another new item.
Second experience: I tracked the delivery status, there were 2 failed delivery attempts. Funny thing is I was never noticed by the postman when he reached.

Both time I made the order from Amazon UK, cannot believe they choose such a bad local carrier. Already complaint to Amazon UK, hope they will blacklist WMG delivery in the near future. Finger crossed!

β β β β β Why is my parcel stucked there for 5 days??? Reading the bad reviews, I'm now extremely worried that I wouldn't even receive my parcel at all!!! I'm injured and ordered medical supplies online and how unfortunate the seller chose this place for distribution!!! Order frequently online and Never had any parcels stuck for FIVE DAYS before at a place!!! Such lousy service, just close down and stop harming consumers with your bad service!!! ??????????
