★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wei Qi was very kind to me on 24/7, 2.15pm.. when I walked in to collect my chromebook (this was my first service request from Tai Seng whereas I had been thrice to Funan because of an initial technical failure, and thereafter being the wifi in my home, previously detectable before the technical crash, became undetectable after the change of the motherboard. And I had a problem with the audio... the earpiece when connected could not work.. this problem only happened with the chromebook and not on my other devices.
On my first visit for submission at Tai Seng, the lady staff was absolutely non-sympathetic... I told her I had been submitting a few times, she said to me, " but this is your first submission here right?" I could almost sense her sarcasm.
Today Wei Qi even went with me to the gadgets store in 18 Tai Seng to test out the earpieces there, I's so grateful. I've been a service provider all my life and this is the first time I felt so comforted.
Thanks Wei Qi.... I hope she gets a promotion for a great job done.

He help to expedite my request due to my urgency for repairing my company laptop. The service engineer Dennis is very patience and explain to me on my laptop problem. Appreciate to both of their support towards me.

As my gal needed it urgently, it was sent back to me without repair, stating reason that the parts had not arrived yet. Service improved tremendously after the co assigned a customer service officer by the name of Tracy, to follow through my repair case very thoroughly. She was very patient and sincere, which gave me the assurance that my laptop was in good hands and that they were working on it. She keeps me updated on the progress via sms. I appreciate her service very much. Keep going, Tracy!
