This happend on the day itself when I bought the item! 26SEPTRMBER2016.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday went Smiggle nex mall with my 11 year old son to buy something of his choice as a reward for him getting good marks.
He was super excited and browsing through some items and asked the cashier price of two three items as he didn't know the price tag was attached to the item .The store was not crowded around 4 pm and cash counter was not busy.
The girl got annoyed at this and replied in a harsh tune, " The price is written on the tag itself, don't you have eyes to see that".
My son got hurt and we ended up buying nothing from there. Afterwards, we went to another outlet in Sengkang and bought some items.
I would like to draw attention of Nex Smiggle owner to find out who is this rude lady at the cash counter on Saturday around 4 pm . Her behavior cannot be tolerated and some action must be taken so that she should be aware how misbehave can impact a Child heart .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. staff are more interested to talk to each other and perhaps cause my son is noisy kept giving him a dirty look. Staff on duty at 1200hrs 1st april should be retrained on Customer service in a child friendly store.
Tanglin Mall hAs far superior service.
Also Store layout Not suitable for strollers Which is odd for a store Targeting children.
