Very informative theory session and enjoyed learning how to brew espresso & do a basic latte art in the practical session. Darren is very willing to share his knowledge in the trade, experiences in running a cafe and the skills required of a barista. Great takeaways from the class!

He taught and helped me and my sis understand the process of making a good cup of Espresso from steaming milk to Latte Art etc. After attending this lesson, now I know what a good cup of coffee should taste like. It's really a must-learn lesson if you are a coffee drinker.
