For plus size like us... it is difficult to find clothes that fashionable and fit us nicely.. most of their clothes are comfy... colourful.. and we can dress ourselves more confidently.. their co ord clothes are also very popular and are my favourites..

Voycestas is a clothing that like tailor made for Plus size for us. It is very hard to find Plus size clothing that suitable for us. I really love the design and clothing every launch. Always looking forward. They will advise you the size.

I honestly feel that service not good. The lady boss purely just want to earn your money. I understand all store bosses want to earn money, but please use a reasonable way to do that. I used to purchase from them, but after that incident i will be very careful with my purchase. They only allow us to change size and is within the same design. I order from their online platform, but self-collect at their store. I went down to their Booth to do self-collection, but I saw another design which I wanted to order online when they just release, but the size went Out of stock. Their assistance say just now got customer don’t want it, so I ask if I can change design? They say change design is not allow, only allow me to change size and must be design. If I wanted to get another design, the assistance say they will help me sell the design I opt online. Additional I have to purchase the item I saw it at their booth. At about 1 week later, they manage to sell the item I opt online to their customer. However, they cannot give me the full amount because they sold to their “platinum member” so they deduct the discount on my cost. Is this fair to me? If the store wanted to have this member discount it should deduct on their end. Agree? I have been go round and ask people regarding this matter, they straight away ask me to stop buying from this store. The owner is just purely want to earn your money. I don’t deny that their store clothing is nice and fashionable, but after this incident I really feel that they just go all out to earn your money, they did not have empathy in customer service.
