The lady at the counter didn't bother to say anything so I was kinda confused. Throughout my experience there, I felt like I wasn't treated with any respect at all. It's not my first time there but from both the times I was there, I got treated the same. I wasn't satisfied with my cut but the hairstylist went away. I believe she thought that she did an excellent job so she didn't bother asking if I wanted my hair to be shorter. I tried to call for her but she just ignored me. At last, I had to leave the salon feeling very dissatisfied and disappointed. Despite the cheap price, I suggest that if u want to experience a nicer salon experience, it would be best to look for other salons.

wanted to go for a layered haircut and the aunty rudely commented that my hair cant do layered so i said a trim instead and i got this. dont bother coming here

Well. reason why people cut hair here is because its cheap. Other than that, expect super long waiting queues. Renovated. Looks so much more modern than the old black colors before. Staff seem to be more on to work now. Still a great price for the card purchase especially more so for those with big families like myself.

For the price they charged, it's really value for money. So if u are someone who don't mind comfort & customer service, this is the place to go purely for good haircut & under price treatments. However, if u need to enjoy the whole experience, then it's best to stay out of it.

Went for a haircut at this shop, suffered from scalp infection 3 days later, I had to consult a doctor and was prescribed antibiotics for it... Please avoid even though it's cheap. Doctor's consultation fee and medication alone made it 10x more expensive, not to mention the pain from the infection

On 3 March 2022, I have walk into the newly renovated salon and is very impressed with the interior design. However, I just finished my work out which means that I am a little sweaty. I was just trying to get a quick haircut as I am around the area, to my horror your staff was treating me very poorly. I felt very insulted and judged. The moment I walk into the store, if I recalled correctly the store manager was doing a body scan on me. Later on, directed me to a chair and asked me to wipe my body before taking a seat on the chair. The hair dresser than refuse to cut my hair till I am dried off. She then offered me another solution which is to wash my hair with the store then she would allow me to cut my hair in the store. My question to you is what does washing my hair got to do with my sweaty body? and why must I spend my money on your store when I am being treated so poorly? I believe cutting my hair while sweating will not cause any inconvenience to your present customer. I expect a follow up on this matter and an apologised regarding this whole incident.

Bought a package with them. Clearly understood the condition I can’t use the card 2 weeks before CNY. Went visit on 15th January which is 16days before CNY, taking into account their last day is on 30th January. Told me I can’t use the card in a rude manner. Even before this incident, keep pushing me to get another package even though I just started my new package. Come to hair cut services, their scissors are usually blunt. Not a very professional hair salon. Highly don’t recommend this chain of salon.

Asked to cut slope on 2 instances. Both instances They shaved my whole sides and back and keep arguing and insisting it’s a slope, especially the second time; The auntie before the haircut insisted I communicated wrongly with the barber the first time hence I got the wrong haircut YET she messed up a simple slope too! She shaved all the way to the top crown of my head and insisted it’s a slope! Terrible haircut & not worth saving the money. Look at the photo and judge if it’s a slope :). Will give 0 stars if I can
