If you want an ugly hair cut. Thats the correct place to go

Don't come here if you expect basic respect as a paying customer. Terrible service. Barber was handling an auntie buying a package and told me to go to the seat. Started cutting my hair without even asking me how I wanted it cut, had to tell her halfway thru the cut. She was more occupied talking to the auntie beside me throughout the cut. Within 5 min, she finished shaving (not cutting as she never even used scissors) my hair. Was already taking off my bib before even asking me how it looked, as if she wasn't going to make any changes if I had issues with the hair. When I asked her to cut the corner a little more, she kept on going about how she couldn't cut that part as it would look worse, and refused to cut it for me. She just walked off with the auntie to sign off on the package after cutting my hair without even looking at me again. Made my payment and left. I know I'm just a $4.80 customer and won't give much commission. I'm okay to wait longer if you have to deal with other customers first. But I don't expect a half baked cut with zero quality or service. Not coming back here.

Value for money, decent haircut. Not to expect personal attention, but then again, personal attention will cost much more?

walked in for a haircut on 26 apr 2022 1250pm. there was a queue. thr were 2 ppl queueing infront of me. waited for around 10 mins and it was my turn. the stylist who cut my hair rly knows her stuff. my hair turned out nicer than the $10/20++ shops near my house (and those shops charge according to hair length... like seriously..?). this place is not pushy, value for money and very efficient. but be prepared to queue up to 1 hour if u come at a popular timing hahahaha. highly recommend and will come back here again even though i dont stay in this area. :)

horrible experience with this one hair stylist. all staff just have no respect lol. straight up showing attitude while cutting my hair, was super aggressive and rude. goes the same during my sister's turn. the way she grabbed my hair honestly caused me so much pain, literally pulling out million strands of hair every second. was super impolite and couldnt care less about what i said, never heading back here ever again even though i've been coming here for years for haircuts. 20yo girl here and cannot imagine if they treat older customers the same way. go elsewhere for ur haircuts unless you want to be treated like nothing. zero stars for me.

First time trying this outlet for my 4yo boy. Last time we went to Jurong East outlet and had a good experience. This time was horrible. Not sure it’s our luck or what, but the auntie who cut my boy’s hair was very crude. After the cut, she just left and to my horror, the top part was not cut at all and the sides had very uneven jagged cuts. I asked nicely to the other aunties who agreed that the cut was not neat. The original auntie came back with a black face, said some words and continued tidying up the jagged sides. After another few mins, she just said : done. Minimal hair dryer treatment. I just took him, paid and left. Granted that $4.80 is a very cheap price for a haircut and I wasn’t expecting much but I expected at least some tolerable attitude and some degrees of proper presentable haircut. Needless to say, I brought my boy for another haircut to ‘complete’ the untouched top part and tidy up the messy parts.

Yesterday went down to this hair saloon around 6pm plus . there were not much customer. one of the staff that attend to me for the cut .after the cut i told her i would like to see at the back my hair cut . what she told me was "hey boy $4.80 hair cut is very cheap already...." i know the price point of that . but i just want to take a look and after the cut .she didn't even brush off the necessary hair on my neck. previously before this time i went one of the china guy cut for me . it was nice and neat .but seem like yesterday he was not around....and the basic customer service he has is good. i shouldn't buy their promotion card that is cut 10 time + 1 free hair cut. i left with 6 more to go haizzzz... after i use up this card. i will not coming back again.......the customer service is quite bad ....

If I can give zero stars I would. This is probably the worst haircut I had in my entire life of more than 30 years! Heads up, this is going to be a long post. Customer service is terrible. The moment the hairdresser is done putting the cloth over me, she decided to start cutting my hair even before I said how I want my haircut to be. After I said I want undercut on the sides and slopes on the back, she goes "Yah lah, like slope on the back." Like WHAT THE, I'm not even correcting you, why are you defensive? I'm just saying what haircut I want. When she grabs my hair on the side, she doesn't even look at where she is grabbing, just clip them up and start sloping my sides. Didn't take a picture of it because it was so horrible, I trim it off myself immediately upon reaching home. The only place I can't see and trim is my back. So my wife said its so horrible, slanted and not sloped properly. I'm sacrificing my looks here, so make your own judgement from seeing my photo. Give me a million dollars and I might consider coming back. As a dare.
