Snip Avenue

I went to do colour today and was served by a person named Jo. This is my second time doing with her and I'm very satisfied with the outcome. She did not let me wait for long and the colour was to my liking. I decided to leave a comment as the last time I did colour at the same shop, I was served by another guy who ended up making my hair dry and rough hair. He left the chemical on my hair for very long time before washing it off. Resulting in my hair being very dry and damaged.

There are 10 people in the queue and We waited about 1hr 30 mins for haircut but staffs did not bother to come out to tell us and continue to let us wait. Poor services.

Just finished doing my colour and highlight. Value for money and just like what I requested. Came back after 2 years, it seems they change to new hairdresser. Compared to previous hire, current stylist are more better. Attitude wise and skills is impressive. Service rendered is good.

Understaffed in the afternoon. Several people doing hair treatments and the two staff in store were either attending to them or behind the counter rather than serving the queue of customers outside. Never seen other salons keeping customers waiting while they have time to be behind the counter

only thing good about this store is the pricing. Poor service with the staff constantly rolling their eyes with an angry expression without even brushing the hair away from the seat. In addition I was given a really terrible, uneven haircut. Do not recommend at all

Service snowballing downhill ever since change of staff/management, last few trips finished in less than 5mins and barely cut my hair. The only time I actually had a proper cut was when I asked for number 1 ?. One normal haircut can take up to an hour++ because they only pay attention to the high-paying customers doing colouring and their other expensive packages. Only come here if you don't care about your hair and don't mind trading long waiting times for 50% cheaper haircut price than most of Singapore(since now all at least $10 per haircut, not including wash). And you'll see aunties just walking in without queuing as u wait. Business ethics/customer service down the drain. Add on: I say barely cut because don't have the spiky spiky feel post-haircut plus it feels rushed. And appearance wise it really doesn't look much different before/after and my hairtip can still touch my eyebrow...

Understand that cutting hair is about 5SGD. But you need to wait for 1 hrs even though there is only one person waiting in front of you. Do not surprise that they will block all their schedules for all other type of hair cutting service then sell you a 50$ membership card for cutting hair but need to wait 1 hrs everytime.

1. Long waiting time even though I was first (and the only 1) in queue. The staff (I saw 2 of them not with any customers) will take their own sweet time to accept customers. Waited for 20mins overall. 2. Terrible haircut. Told the hairstylist to trim my hair a little, end up he cut my hair until very thin. Major regrets visiting this shop.
