★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible social workers. Avoid having Samantha Choy as your officer. She has no compassion. Inefficient, they reply in 2 months to whoever requests for help. A cancer patient is in need of help and they refuse to help her. Not the first time. They insist she can still work but she has to go to the hospital for treatment so no place will employ her.
I never had this issue with the sso in Hougang. They will reply in 2 weeks unlike here where you get a reply in 2 months. The service woodlands sso provides is inhumane.

Often seen cheerful, forthcoming to assist when i began my first encounter with them at the entrance. They were vibrant lot ,emphatise and willingly assisted me in online applications. There are valuable asset to fellow singaporeans from all walks of life, please convey my heartiest congratulations to abovementioned names. They truly did a marvellous job, awesome, digitally inclined, IT savvy, resourceful. Keep up the spirit, stay safe and healthy. The first impression and last lingers on. Well done folks.
