★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware! This centre is not prompt in their refunds even as stated 4 to 8 weeks. I decided to send my twins to shichida. Both of them fell sick during one session and I called if there can be any make up. They said no, strictly according to their policy. I accepted and later I asked to withdraw my twins as well. I submitted the withdrawal at March 2020, they promised to refund within 4 to 8 weeks, ended up they said they will refund after CB reopened, they again said they will only refund in Sept 2020!. It is 6 months for a refund! They were very insistent about their no make up session according to their policy but they could not honor their own timeline of 4 to 8 weeks refund. This is not a one-off incident. My first son who attended shichida also had his refund delayed more than 8 weeks, there was no covid then. Btw, I don't see any improvement in memory or cognition for all my kids, that is why i withdrew them after 3 terms. In case, anyone is curious.
