β β β β β Thank you for the 2 months support for these 2 months ,and this 23rd January I am awaiting for a renewal from ur side.please advise me again what documents needs to be submitted again.for my Dec pay I brought pay ard 400 to 500.wondering if I can survive from it.please help me again as I am going for lots of medical appointments this months ,Feb and lastly in may 2018.i am going for medical reassessment for my work status this 23rd Jan and I am ready to be kicked out from my employer after got injured while doing my job.please reply thanks.

up. Some staff fail to do their upfront duty. When your paid to the job it should be carried out diligently.

β β β β β Thankful for the some staffs over there. But please train some of your elder staffs to be more respectful in a way. We are there because of in need of help. If your staffs doesnβt want to help, please donβt bother hiring this type of staffs. And please ask them to communicate well with all staffs. Last month after the covid grant, I was asked to come back once the grant I received is over. Today I was noted that I wasnβt able to apply the grant till 1st June. I know government is giving out help due to covid. Please at least treat us the same respect and manners we deserved. Thank you. Iβm sorry for writing in this.

β β β β β Me and my sister reached their office at 12.30 pm bt was told to come back at 2 pm as they're closing for lunch! where else it was stated they close for lunch at 1 p.m and after we came back at 2pm at around 2.15 to 2.20 we were being served by this malay aunty at the counter and she spoked rudely at us not wanting to try and listened to our explaination. We were told that all the officers is working from home and they will call my sister for interview during office hours only. My sister explained that she is only available on weekend and it's hard for her to answer the call of they called her during her working hours as she is a factory worker and needed to wear the jump suit gear. And her lunch hour is only 45 mins. The aunty get so agitated and telling my sister she needed to make time! you give the reason the officers only work during "office hours" so how bout my sister then? Yes true she is asking for help and she is humbling herself but do you even know all the problems & struggle she is going through at this moment??! Of course No and of course you are not interested.

β β β β β If I can I do not even want to give any star to this review. People working here do not have a sense of urgency nor empathy when people walk in for help. Yes no one owe us a living. But if we citizens needs help and our local government agency unable to help us. Then what's the point of having this government agency around?! Plus if we are capable and financial stable, do you even think we will go around asking for help with our local government agency?! Just disappointed at how our government agency is able to help out we local citizens. All I need is help and I am not cheating the system or not working myself to help myself. But nothing has been done nor help from this SSO Yishun. Thank you for letting me know that I can never rely in our government anymore.
