I participated 2 courses (1) Hand and Foot Reflexology and (2) TCM Meridian Massage. Both classes conducted by Mr Khoo E.L. and i enjoyed the lectures and practical sessions. Courses are well structured and usually we had half a day of hands on practices. Theory sessions allowed us to clarify any questions we may have. The school has e-learning portal whereby we could read the materials during our spare time to obtain added information. Mr Khoo will patiently explain to the class any doubts we raised. Hands on lessons allowed us to experience what we have learnt and Mr Khoo will correct us if we were not on track. He will also share additional massage methods or techniques which are useful as we may use them on our elderly parents or family members who are broader size than us. With both courses, i now could perform a full body massage complete with hand and foot reflexology for my family. Thank you Mr Khoo and staff of SOHA for a fruitful learning journey.
