โ โ โ โ โ Accessible by bus. Salesperson's service attitude is good and attentive. Just ordered so not sure how are the chairs. Price wise reasonable but variety can be wider.

โ โ โ โ โ I bought an office chair from them less than a year ago and have had the hydraulics replaced 3 times already. They sold me a chair that had a max weight limit (which I didn't know office chairs had low ones), they knew it was too low for me but sold it to me anyway. So now it's worthless to me and they will not refund the item. Buyer Beware!!!
Extending the warranty will not solve the root issue, only prolong the inevitable failure of the chair again and again for another year. Why not just allow me to return the chair for a refund since I was sold an item the representative knew was incompatible with my weight? That would be "striving to do better!"
