Did buy one wooden cot for the cost of S$475. After making the payment and back home and check the price of the same item which cost S$397. Upon checking with the supplier they said the material is different which is unacceptable to me. On further claiming the supplier given me 2 pillows which of no use for me. Always check other sources prior to buy any item from this shop.

I bought a sofa on 21/1/18 and it was delivered on 6/7/2018. Just recently, I found pellet like substances beside the sofa and suspected that there are termites festering inside the sofa. Contacted a professional pest control to check and they have confirmed that there are indeed termites inside the sofa through their scanning. It is most likely from Brighton's warehouse since the sofa has been stored there for sometime before delivery. Termites activity in the sofa is high and have already spread to my coffee table beside the sofa. Note: the problem was discovered this late as the house is vacant. With all these evidences, service centre at Brighton is still unwilling to provide me with a replacement sofa - the sofa is still under warranty. Brighton advised that they are able to detect with their naked eyes (professional pest control use scanning device), presence of any eggs and will ONLY provide replacement for the damage parts. Any further replacement will be chargeable! Went down to the shop with hopes to speak to their boss as their staff are not very responsive in their replies. Yes, you've guessed it right, boss is "busy" and unable to meet. My warranty will default soon and guess Brighton is trying to play the wait game so that they dont have to do anything about it. Please spread this message and advise your friends and relatives to be very wary when buying things from Brighton. Actually, it's best to avoid this shop as they are very irresponsible and unprofessional. I meant to give them negative stars but 1star is the min to post this for unknowinging consumers to see this....

The salesman Phay is the worst ever. He doesn't know of the products specifics and sold us a coffee table top with glass top that is not glued. (I want to attach a pic but couldn't do so) When asked why was it not highlighted prior sales, he said how can he be expected to know the details to all his products. Then when we pressed him to resolve it, he sent someone with a double sided tape expecting to glue a glass panel to the coffee table. This is the service and standard you can expect.

As compared to the other furniture shops nearby, this place is more homey. The old auntie who served us was really patient, friendly and kind. She’s also very experienced and offers great advice. A place with good vibes. Waiting for sofa to arrive now. Thank you!

Good service experience here. The staff here very helpful to listen and recommend us the sofa. Very honest sharing from her and this is what every customer would want. Some of their sofa are allow to modify size according to what we want. Best of all, the prices are really attractive with their on-going promotions. Highly recommend to those who are looking for a good price range furniture.
