Irresponsible workers. My washing machine is not fixed when it was sent for repair as a result of disagreement and when asked to return my washing machine back for town council to collect for bulk refuse service, they dragged their time and as a result the town council could not receive it on time. Their quotation keeps changing and price is not definite.

Song Kwang has been servicing our aircon units for the last 3 years. Without exception they have always been cheerful, polite, and have done a good job. So hard to find a business like this, with so many workers with a good attitude. I am surprised to see other bad reviews...maybe there are different technicians for different appliances? Not sure. But even the customer service on the phone are polite and helpful. So I highly recommend after 3 years of good service!

We bought an extended warranty from Courts for our dryer in June 2019. Our dryer broke down in Aug 2021. The repair was outsourced to Song Kwang Electric Service and their staff did an on site assessment on 28/8/21. We were told that our filter was the problem and needed to be cleaned, otherwise it will not function even after it is repaired and it will be an recurring issue. We agreed to pay $150 for the cleaning, were told it being excluded from our warranty. We were later informed by Courts that the problems were the (1)motor and (2) drum, not filter. We called Song Kwang about it and this time they claimed that it was a choice if we wanted them to get them to clean it. They said they not only cleaned it but changed some parts(don't we ave warranty for parts??)for us. But we were not told of this nor given a choice on 28/08/21?They said we should have called them back to check?? Does this mean that we cannot trust the staff that Song Kwang despatched to assist us at our home?? We felt very cheated and disappointed with their service.

Forced to send my appliance for repair here 3 times in the past year because it keeps breaking down. And each time, the repair will take a very lengthy 2 to 3 weeks. Incredible.

Reasonable price and timely service. When I approached them for advice another time, they continue to give advice and quotes even though I cannot guarantee that my landlord will take up their service. Highly recommended.

Sent for repair 2 months ago, paid $400 plus. Broke down again after 2 months. Yes, under warranty, but they said it is another fault and quote me $200 plus again. Supposed to be done in 1 week, but have been calling for over 1 week before they able to diagnose. The agent even said it is reasonable to spend $400 to use it for 2 months. Seriously? Didn't know a washer's monthly cost is $200. If i know that it needs $600 to fix, might as well buy a new one. Never fully-diagnose the problems in the first place, keep adding new costs. Would not recommend to anyone.

Before I went down to the shop, I did ask that my Tiger Boiler not able to dispense water and checked with agent already indicated no part to replace as the model is EOL. The technical adviser from the shop told me that they can just repaired the component without need the part replacement. At the end i spend the $11 dollar for them to check and told me that they do not have part to replace. Just a waste of time and money in which the result is the same. My advise not to send for evaluation and repair.

I was referred to Song Kwang Electric Service for the extended warranty by Gain City. I am very very disappointed with their services. They returned my microwave yesterday in the rain without protection. The microwave was wet as they didn’t even bother to cover it. What if it’s get electrical short circuit or rusty? I had also specifically told the 2 men who came to pick up the microwave to check for any scratches if any and protect and wrap it up as it’s still new to me. I have the shrink wrap and corrugated paper ready for them. I have handle it with great care all these while - I am the only one using it. I was assured for that and they claimed that they will wrap it before they load it onto the vehicle. Kindly see the attached and see the scratches and how the microwave came back with such an unacceptable and dirty condition (covered with white dusts). They refused to acknowledge all these were done by them and claimed that it was already like that when they collected it. If that's the case, why wasn't it mentioned in the job street? I tested the microwave oven and discovered that steam were escaping from the door. They took it back and serviced it and now the microwave was leaking! The whole process took almost 2 months but still not resolve.
