Great customer service by Joanne chua here. She fully understood what we wanted and was looking for and helped us pick a beautiful looking pairing of wedding bracelets. Great knowledge of her products and showed interest in what her customer wants and needs rather than focusing on the end sales as most sales pple do. Highly recommend to come find her.

Staff Jonne, in particular is an excellent and pleasant personality in dealing with customers. She Make customers happy & satisfied & ensured value for money with the products that are sold. That’s why she got a lot of customers. Everyone feels extremely happy with her level of service and quality which are undoubtedly the best ?

Worst customer service. Just because they have more sales and repeated customers, they never treat their new customers properly. Had bad experience couple of times. Never ever will go to this shop again. I also do not recommend any new customers to try this shop. They treat us differently..

Worst place to buy gold. Customer Service is totally out. Not treating every customer equally. Not even one staff attend while we just waiting there about almost 20 minutes.

Really very much disappointed because of the gents Staff and his supporting old lady staff today. I really wanna buy bangle for my baby and the gents staff showed me two models,(I don’t know his name) of bangles and asked me to choose, later I asked him to show one more model and he refused to show then he behaved differently like he is the owner of that shop. He said he cannot show anymore models and he said he’s busy when no one is approached him and asked me not to buy anything if you want me to show more models. So I asked another customer service staff old lady that can you show this model??, then she said you were with that man servicing? And then I said yes but he refused to show me models and he said busy when no one is approached him, so I called you, then she said I cannot service you when he refused. How can he or she said like that as a customer service staff, people come and looks for his desired model then they decide to buy but in his case he don’t wanna do his duty because he’s busy when no one is approaching him, I’m so worried with these kind of worst behaving staffs in soon Huat jewellers, I bought many jewels before here, but I experienced very much bad and worst staff like that today and then I left from there without buying.
