The radio control on my steering wheel was not connected after an accidental reboot of my radio. Soon Lee staff reset it for free despite my offering to pay them a service fee. Exceptional service!

Fuss-free workshop. Went down to install a camera for my new vehicle and the people at soon lee audio house works very efficiently. Only had to wait a short 10-20 mins for my dash cam to be installed.

Good and fast Workmanship. Reasonable price. Have Ah Lee to install reverse camera and folding mirror for my basic Elantra. I bought my own folding mirror. It was done quick and nice. I can see boss and his team are very experience and feel safe to leave my car to them. Just one hiccup, that my right speaker connector drop of after a few days and they rectify it with quick. I will still give them 5 stars.

Quality workmanship if done by the boss. No cutting of original wire harnesses or "twist n tape" methods. All connections are properly crimped. You can be sure the wiring work will last a long time. Plastic fasteners sometimes break during panel removal. Most shops wont even bother replacing them or telling u. The fact that they bother stocking these clips is a testament to their workmanship. However the work is only good when the boss does the installation himself. Check my update below. Update: Visited the shop again to transfer my iroad dashcam to another car (which i later realized already had iroad wiring). This time boss was not around. Instead of offering to reuse the wiring, they just kept mum and went ahead to install new wires. They could have tested it and see if it was reusable. Even the removal of the old wiring was half hearted. The usb connectors were simply cut off and taped up, but wires were still live. I had to do it myself eventually and even found a dashcam battery pack that was still connected.

The boss and his team are great people who worked to resolve your issue. Changed my reverse camera and install blind spot sensor with them . So far so good Update: the blind spot sensor is well calibrated and very useful for detecting speeding vehiclevehicles coming from behind spot even u turn your head. It adds confidence and safety for my driving .Cheers .

The best place to do anything to your car aftermarket. Owner and Brother runs the store. We come here to do things to the car for the last 15-20years, like install camera, extra lights, upgrade speakers, install electronics etc. My Husband brought the car in to fix the speakers this time round. Everything done professionally. Very reasonable price. Left the car there and when we came back an hour later, it’s done. Workmanship is Super. Have to recommend them to you. One of the few places you can retrofit OEM equipment considered as “factory upgrades” to your car like GPS, sensors, alarms and screens... there’s almost nothing they cannot do for electronics and sound systems.

My KIA Cerato Forte stock head unit was constantly giving out buzzing static sound and popping noise when I hit the brakes. Mr Lee identified that the head unit was faulty just through a phone call. Drove down and had my head unit replaced within 3 hrs. Great service, friendly and skillful staff. I'll definitely go back to Soon Lee for my car audio needs.
