Bought a android HU from them in February and then circuit breaker took place. While I was using the head unit, everyone seems to complain to me about how far I sounded when I tried answering the phone with the Bluetooth system it was connected to. Went back to them a few days ago and told them my issue. They just said all head unit are the same and no one has complained about such a thing. Then I said that it was not the case withe the original system the car came and clearly it's a product problem. He just brushed it off rudely and said you want to complain you can go ahead. I understand that the product is cheaper than the original system the car had but honestly customer service is not there at all and for everyone who has intentions to buy a Android head unit I would recommend to think twice. And if its from this company I would say think thrice at least as they are rude and clearly not responsible although they have given you a 1 year warranty!

My most trusted wiring shop for cars. Best about them is they are very open about installing gadgets not from them. Price is reasonable and their workmanship is excellent, unlike some other shops like those in JB etc which their wiring mostly use black tapes only. If you want your wiring to last, come here.

Do not be fooled by the simple exterior of this "neighborhood" car audio shop, the team here is extremely experienced, and the quality/speed of their work is ridiculously good, compared to some of the well known car audio shops in the east. Not only are they competent, prices are very reasonable. No BS or pressure sales tactics, which is what I love about this shop. Would strongly recommend them even if you are buying audio eqpt from overseas or other retailers, just to be installed by them.

Boss is very helpful to change my bulbs and other stuff for pre inspection. Price is reasonable.

I installed the boot auto close and it only lasted about 7 months for abr $1k. Went back to install a new set soft close version cost about $800. After a month, I noticed that the door wrapped badly. Went back, he said it's not their fault which I tot n got it dismantled n get the door alignment fix first. On Monday I booked an appointment to get it reinstall. He tested both arm which was working fine before installation. They went ahead to install but failed. Later they used other arm and controller also not working. They forced the door up n down and finally the unit responded but was intermittent when closing. He told me my unit was not working properly because of the motherboard. He asked me to change to a new set $650 and warranty 3 months. With my gut feel, I think something not right with their experience. So I wanted them to remove and was charged $80. To my surprise, as I was trying to close the boot door I realised something not normal. As i checked, I found the door to be wrapped again. Called him to tell him, the fast reply fro him was....it has got nothing to do with me. Thus is the irresponsible service workshop you can find in Singapore. I told him that I will put a review and he answered me very fast....you can go ahead. Please think twice when you want to visit or use this workshop. Ya. During wiring removal, the wiring from back to front not removed. Hope they can prosper. Huat ah.

Have been going to Soon Lee for years. Their no nonsense good approach have always solve my auto queries and is easy on the wallet. ????

I drove a normal saloon car today I went to the shop , I know they are busy so I waited but mo one bother to ask what you want but 15min later another car come is their friend the boss quickly ask him what he want. I immediately tell the boss I come but you don't bother when his friend come he immediately ask and do for him. I believe I just a normal saloon car not branded so they don't bother. As chinese say 少我一个没问题
