★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. While the sofa fabric was fine, they did not replace the cushion and foam as agreed. After they did the sofa, it’s painful to sit on it! I would never recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’ve got a sofa you love and can’t find a better design, like we couldn’t, you should try upholstering your sofa here. This neighbourhood furniture store might not look glam, but their service was professional and the end quality was at a very good standard. The uncle was nice and friendly and has a large range of good quality leather to choose from. He helped us order the reupholstering of our sofa and manage a few additional requirements which he was very helpful with. All in all the reupholstering took about 2/3 weeks which is quite fair and we’re very happy with the quality of workmanship and the quality of the leather we got. So be a bit eco friendly and reupholster rather than get a new sofa if you can.
