★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a bed from them 9 months prior to be delivered later. On the day of delivery, I was told by the delivery man that there is another $100 charge for bringing the mattress up because the lift couldn’t fit it. At no point during the purchase I was told about this. He said the terms of it was written on the bottom of my invoice which wasn’t there. I called up the shop and the staff said the same thing as the delivery man. So it was either pay the $100 extra or I don’t get my bed.
