Sales person at Sorella Century Square has a very bad attitude.

Went to the Tampines outlet last weekend. The outlet was clean and well stocked. The staff manning the outlet however was less than polite. She was so rude that it made my shopping experience very unpleasant. I left the store without purchasing anything.

One of the worst experience I ever had on the retail floor in Singapore over a decade!! Unbelievable!! The sales staff who was a one-man show today at this branch was so rude and unbecoming of a retail person. I wanted to buy 2 brassiere and matching panties but she was not interested in serving. She had no manners when she lifted up her chin to point in the direction of where the brassiere I was asking for was hanging and she brazenly flung the brassiere across the cashier counter! That was really rude & uncalled for. And she kept saying that no trying out of "new" bras even though the piece she had taken out from a paper box looked overstretched on one side of the seams. I decided to take my money elsewhere instead of buying from her. As a warning to other customers if they were to see her at this branch, the appearance of this retail staff: very fat with a stout physique, big eyes with a goggled look and long hair. Such a bad experience, simply unbelievable how their management could have assigned such a poorly groomed staff to their retail shops. Horrible!
