Its rare, almost impossible to find quality-perfect pastries, and let alone customer services tagged to it. Sourdough Factory is definitely a rare gem, and we are lucky to have crossed path and such opportunity to serve our burgers at The Social Outcast with their daily freshly baked Brioche Buns. Not only it compliments us and our patties, it enhances customers' experience with each bite. Most, if not all, of our customers have been singing praises of our buns. Even after we create the Charred Burnt Mark and slight crisp on the outside with our Charcoal Kopa Oven, the buns remain soft on the inside, buttery aroma and taste linger after. This is not just it, the top notch customer service seal the deal for us. Not only Henry and his team are friendly and helpful, they go out of their ways to ensure everything runs smoothly and whenever they can to assist us. Like us, they believe in using only quality ingredients for their pastries; nothing less. Been a satisfied customer for the past 3 years or so! The service is impeccable and responses are always prompt and friendly! The quality of the breads are also top-notch and always consistent upon delivery (the croissants are super buttery and not overly flaky! Great for consumption plain or with filling! Definitely one of the best I’ve tried so far!)
