β β β β β An out-of-the way bakery (the best are usually, right?) with a nice assortment of sour dough. The best to me are the loaves: wholegrain with multigrain was lovely, while the roasted garlic sundried tomato was unusual (garlic quite strong). The kouign amann was quite good (best, so far, Tiong Bahru bakery), while matcha adzuki escargo unusual and, pain au raisin and twigs, nice! Staff are friendly. Parking is a bit challenging, while walking up from Tai Seng MRT helps burn off the calories before you dig in to the newly purchased bread...

β β β β β The classic croissant and pain au chocolat was flaky, light and just right buttery layers. One of the best.
Tried something new, the Cheddar and JalapeΓ±o sourdough ($10.90). The sourdough texture was light and slightly chewy whilst having a pleasant cheese and sourness. Great with some sour cream. Will be back for more.

β β β β β Sourdough bread here is rich in flavor and nicely moist. I prefer the dough to have a sharp sour taste and any extra flavors should combine well to enjoy the sour edge. They offer many flavors and will do half a loaf so you can try a few more. I tried sundried tomato, black olive, chocolate chip, jalapeno chili and cheese, each had been rich in flavor. The helpful and friendly staff shared that the loaves keep fresh in the freezer up to one month. I have tried freezing and then thawing and it didn't negatively impact flavor or texture. Definitely one to go back and try other flavors.

β β β β β Happy to have chanced upon this bakery. A wide range of sweet and savoury sourdough loaves, and viennoiseries to choose from. Decided on the rustic sourdough, small chocolate sourdough baguette and the sourdough cinnamon brownie.
The rustic sourdough had a thin, slight crusty outer and really soft and moist inner. I've tried many varieties of sourdough, and this is the softest. Guessing the softer variety is quite popular in sg.
The small choc baguette had surprising pockets of molten semi-sweet choc. Brownie was less sweet and tasted like a healthier option and not buttery.
Definitely returning for more sourdough! Great customer service too.

β β β β β Although am not a fan of sourdough, the shop and bread really worth 5 stars. Shop is bright and neat. Staffs were really nice. Make a great recommendation of bread (cinnamon and raisin). Really appreciate the homely feel. The crust and flavour of the baguette were really good enough to chew on its own (but a bit of olive oil certainly makes it even yummier).

β β β β β Roasted Garlic Rosemary Olive sourdough bread is very good! Put it in the air fryer for 2-3 mins for extra crispy exterior and chewy interior! Taste especially good with soft boiled eggs!

β β β β β Firestone Bakery's sourdough is really moist, flavourful and yummy. It's our staple go-to morning breakfast or brunch add-on. We always get through GrabFood and today's delivery puts a smile on my face. Nice gesture. Keep up the great quality and service!
