I went to 3 places in bedok to get a replacement key for my KTM Superduke 1290 R. None of them could get the signal or frequency. Mind you, i dont have the master key either. Was recommended by a friend to go to soxxi because they can do it. No kidding, they managed to do it and so I bought another key as well. They really solved the issue. Genuinely very satisfied with the service and the quality of the key is good. No rough spots and easy to turn in my bike's ignition.

The level of service is beyond excellent, staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would give a 6 star review if possible. Reasonable price, fast workers and professional. Had to duplicate another of my car key as it is lost somewhere in the car but just couldn't be found. I was explained the challenge was the new key couldn't be programmed when another key is in the car. So both staff Alex and Kelvin spent at least a good hour to help me find it without extra charge. I'm happy to do another spare key to play safe. I really appreciate their time and effort. Thank you!
