Bad Inconsiderate staff at NEX branch who doesn't care about customer's handbag. I went to collect my Toscano handbag and the BAD staff put my Toscano handbag on the side counter where there are many bottles of superglues and colours for repairing shoes. I kept telling him not to stain and dirty my handbag and only after awhile, he brings to the front counter. What a HORRIBLE INCONSIDERATE and BAD staff who doesn't treat customer's handbag with due care. I paid so much money for my Toscano handbag and he mishandled my handbag. Why such HORRIBLE INCONSIDERATE staff who doesn't treat customer's handbag with due care???!!! Hope the supervisor who really has customers' best interests and treat their bags and shoes with due care will TAKE NOTE of such BAD HORRID staff at their stores otherwise don't be surprised why NO business !!!

Repaired multiple pairs of my rock climbing shoes here several times over several years. They charge $60. Shoes come back good as new.

The owner truly loves shoes and leather products, his passion shines through in his work,especially when he takes the time to explain what treatment methods will be employed. My shoes had scuffs and mold but I can barely see the spots now with just a general shine!

Went to duplicate key at Nex branch, key doesn't work. Go there a second time to get it fixed at same outlet, the same thing still happens. Key cannot even turn when I tried it. Comparison photo of the Master Key and the duplicate key. You can see what a big difference it is. Not recommended.

Very bad encounter with this store. Before coming to the store my dad went to clarify the price few days before he bring it there. The person told us $12. When my dad brought his shoes to the store a few days later, he suddenly told us it’s $40 per side!!! My dad told him saying isn’t it $12? He told us say as it was a high value item hence the price in a not happy manner. He even say $12 is maybe just gluing the place that is opened which he didn’t even mention before. After some time he said, he will do $20 for a pair. My dad just let it go and went with it. Told us to come back next week. Fast forward to next week, when we checked the item, the item look like it was the same thing as what we have when we brought it there. We told him and he act like he didn’t know anything and act like nothing happened. End up, the person kept saying $40 was stitching and gluing which he didn’t even say the other round. Kept playing prata with us. End up he told us say we can take back and get refunded, it’s our own choice! What is this kind of attitude? Definitely not going back there again. Waste my time. 1000% NOT RECOMMENDED! Don’t even waste your time. The staff very rude also. Wanted to give 0 stars but it is impossible so just 1.

Great service in repairing my hiking shoes. My hiking boot has dropped out the soles. The shop assistant recommend to sew and glue the soles. Its cost $35 which I find it worth it. The workmanship is not perfect but seemed strong. Hope this boot last longer.

Very disappointed with the quality of work. 1st collection already shown the glue works was not done properly , returned on the spot for rectification. The boss said wait for a day or two for the glue to settle down after 2nd collection. Wore the shoes after a week of “settling down”, and the top of the shoe is already coming off from the sole after only less than a day of wearing (1st day of wearing). Do not recommend the shop unless urgent, and hopefully they will improve their workmanship.

Really pleased authentic n satisfying experience! Quoted $15 bucks to glue/sealed my Nike shoe back in good condition. Leave it in good hands for 3 days happily collected upon completion since. Read good reviews before decided to approach them, experienced in good hands ??
