Price is less compared to AMK hub services. Prints also good. Only thing is that, we have to send mail of the documents and they don't even allow us to take prints from websites directly as some of my documents are not allowing to download.

Not so good experience. Irresponsible and don't really follow instructions well. Unreasonable and refuse to admit mistakes to come to a compromise, expect customer to just accept the misdoings. Update: The young lad from the shop is really professional and responsible, offered to exchange for the right ones. Thank you so much!

Colors weren't reflected in prints even though they appeared okay on their computer screen. Mr Loo blames customer as if he feels entitled to get paid for simply loading paper and pressing the 'print' button. Fella does not test and check if colours on prints are reflected accurately. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Response to owner: I think between the both of us, you are the person who doesn't understand colouring. We're talking about an omission of yellow colour in the prints. Aside from the total beige omission, the pinkish hue turned out red. Regarding what I said about checks, after you printed the first one, you failed to check that the beige is omitted and that the pink turned red. Anyway, after you, I paid only 4 more dollars in total to get those printed on a thicker paper and more importantly, far better quality. You mentioned about payment for printing requests. Did I not pay you? And colours cannot be seen? You showed me the full picture on your computer without zoom and the colors were visibly and vastly different from the prints. We discussed this, now you decided to distort facts here. Well, good luck with your business with your kind of attitude. Utterly outrageous, not to mention incompetent.

Uncle was able to have my reading materials (random mix of single-paged and double-paged large pdf file) arranged into the desired double-sided two-page-in-one print. He also ensured that the prints were well-orientated before having them binded nicely. Highly recommend. ?

I got my paper printed here. It cost 1$ for 1 color page. Service is very fast and quality of paper and ink is very good. Thumb up?
