Good massage

Pathetic massage

New and Clean. Reccomend Lambo for good massage and service.

Customer service and overall ambience is cosy. The treatment itself was mediocre.

Poor service. My first time visited the place, I was being told off by the Recept Girl. She make an error on my booking timing. Where in SG spa customer being call when he is not late for the appt. I reached there on time 5 mins earlier. The recept told me all SG spa call their customers 15mins before the actually time and if cust no respond she will let other customer take over. This is not first spa I have been. If customer did not show up base on the appt, the Recept will call the customer as to check with them whether or why he is late. I book two hours for higher package. But the massue told me she cannot go back after 1030pm. She told me the recept is aware of it. She massage me 1hr. Another 1 hr massage by other person. Worst of all the 2nd massue is only playing piano massage keeps seeing watch. Full package was not done by the 2nd massue. Worst spa i ever go to. Not recommended. The boss must oversees what happening of their staff. Thanks

clean environment and decent service. price is on the high side for a shop house located in an HDB block
