★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a Honda Stream to Malaysia for weekend. 1) Air-con broke down on 3rd day. 7 people including a baby stuck in a hot car for a few hours on the Causeway. Gave feedback & promised a measly $20 discount for next booking. 2) Our fault that we forgot our cash card upon car return but staff was rude & sarcastic in handling the issue. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easygoing and offered to come on a Saturday after their office hours to fix a leaking tire. Upfront and frank about costs.
Would recommend one thing to improve on however: when the customer is already stressed about a leaking tire, and urgently needs the car tomorrow, do not spend time trying to push blame or “cover backside” about who caused the leaking tire. I don’t really care who caused it I just need it fixed. And spending time talking about who did it or not just is a little distasteful. This was just a single phone call with one of their employees. Every other experience was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a MPV (Honda Stream) for $90 a day (+$100 refundable deposit) which I think is reasonable.
The entire process was done professionally, easy and effortlessly, drove the car off less than 10 minutes. The business owner and inspector were also patience and polite in answering to my queries.
Their shop is located behind the shop lots, facing the carpark gantry, I had a hard time looking for the shop because it's a bit hidden lol.
The car that I rented that day was a bit beat up, old and run down (both interior and exterior), but that's to be expected from a rental car. Fortunately it still runs quite okay. Do let them know if you need a newer car for a special occasion.
Anyway, I would still recommend them if you are looking to rent a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a BMW 5 series over the weekend. The car was in awesome condition. It was really well taken care off.
Customer service was fast and efficient. Got to drive off within 15 mins upon arrival. Was able to hand over the car on Sunday evening, which was a plus point for me.
Would recommend this shop to anyone.
