Arrived on time for our appointment, and we were made to wait for 15 minutes before the receptionist arrived. Massage was ok, but not spectacular. The plus is that the room is spacious.

β β β β β Bought Fave 2 hours for 2 pax. Ambience was great for hotel. The massage was average, neither good or bad. Overall experience for the price was good. The dessert is Chinese style dessert, i.e Chinese sweet soup. I read from one of the reviews that she was disappointed that it's not a cake. I think it's more cultural difference cos she's expecting a western dessert in her case. Our masseurs were very professional and friendly. They didn't even attempt to sell you their packages so that's quite nice. Gave 3 stars cos the massage was just average. Overall, it's a positive experience on a weekend.

β β β β β Bought a fave coupon for a couple spa and honestly I wouldn't really recommend anyone to go all the way to Spa luna for a session. Our first interaction with the receptionist was uncomfortable as she was unable to communicate in English. 5 points for hospitality and techniques. But overall experience was not very amazing or relaxing. If it's just like some other spa, then there's no point spending 250SGD in it.
