Spa-lendid experience! I came without expectation and to be honest, it was a much needed relaxation getaway from work and kid. I had a 1.5hr massage,trust me, 1.5hr is the way to go, 1 hr is insufficient for my 1000 years old back. Having been to G spa and also yunomori, I feel that spa nes massage wins hands down, the massage is top notch simply because all the masseuses just know where are my knots and spots, they check with me where I want to be focuz and they really didnt let me down. After massage I get to eat a collagen soup steamboat for 4 pax, which my friends and I thoroughly enjoy. I guess you get what you pay for, and this is really a package WORTHY paying for, and I top up for additional 30 min more for massage. I do note that the hotpool is not a like a pool size, but c'mon, im not there to swim, just dipping hot pool for 5 min then cold pool for another 10 min, I dont need an olympic size pool right, besides do this before the massage, usually after massage, i will not touch water(aint good for open pores). I been here a few times, so other than the steamboat, they do serve other food, which is presentable but i truly recommend to have the steamboat set package if you want to have a delightful time, havinh hotpot after massage is next level of enjoyment, they are the only spa catering to that!! The other food may be alright but note that they are not a restaurant, so manage your xpectation and dont expect a tong lok or michelin feast k. All in all, i think spa nes done pretty well, a one time pit stop for relaxation, i even bring my work there to do as I work from home. Service staff are generally nice as well ? so I'll revisit definitely :)

I went there with my girlfriends, it felt like a short getaway! I simply love the environment so much, I could spend my whole day off at the spa enjoying my personal space at the sitting area with free flow of food and drinks! Most importantly there charging points and fast speed wifi and of cause had a good time at the massage and their Spa facilities.

Bought the Spa package from FAVE App. Enjoyed the massage session. Toilet is clean and tidy. Staffs are polite and friendly. All is well except the food. The package details in FAVE stated that it will be a 5-course menu but end up we were told that they did not update the package in FAVE and are no longer serving the 5-course menu. We were served with those catering food with very minimal options. If we are aware of it, we will not sign this package but take up the other one with hotpot meals. Approached the staff to see if they can make any changes for us but they can only apologise for our situation. Would be glad if they can at least offer to upgrade us for hotpot meals, we don't mind to top up the difference. Quite disappointed with the experience as we felt cheated in a way. Please take note when purchasing the package from FAVE app.

My fav spa in Singapore! Highly recommend topping up for the Spa Pass which come with access to their hot and cold pools, steam rooms and sauna facilities. Feeling peckish after your pampering sesh? You can also fuel up with unlimited servings from the buffet and snacks bar. They have a wide selection of signature foot reflexology and massages, you’ll wish you had more hours in a day.

loved how cozy the environment is. the ambience was top notch! really enjoyed my time at spa nes! cant wait for my next visit! spent most of my time at the hot and cold pool! love it! the massage was really relaxing and the masseuse was really good as well! overall it was a pleasant experience

Smaller than expected even though was claim as the largest spa club in Singapore. Food options was okay (buffet style). Took the $98 package which consists of body massage and spa entry pass. Pro: Cleaner and newer facilities Comes with snacks and canned drinks. Buffet style meals Body Massage was pretty ok Movie lounge with netflix and YouTube. (Good for movie dates) Uses disposable underwear. Nice sofa with pillow Relatively less crowded even for weekends Desktop available at the dining hall. Cons: Smaller facilities than Gspa which occupies both male and female in one floor as compared to separate floors for gpsa. Food options limited & repetitive. All the jacuzzi pool were warm. No cold or hot pool. No sitting toilet at male changing room. No ice towel given at sauna. Most spaces are catered for massage rooms. Very little areas to explore. No full day meals provided unlike Gspa where there is still dim sum during after hours. Reactive service. Need to asked for towel as there was no towel provided in my locker. Overall grading 3/5

Love this space, it's a great hideout and a nice place to hangout with my friends for the day. I can soak in the pools with my gfs and chat about everything. Their amenities is always clean and I can have a nice shower after a day. The laksa is nice too, they have a variety of food from Asian to western food. Definitely a place ill recommend!

Went late at night, wasn't very crowded. Staff was very friendly and polite. Facilities were clean and pretty complete. Air con was a little cold in the lounge area but that could be because it was late at night. Food was delicious but not a lot of variety. Many drinks options available. Overall a pretty good experience with the spa!
