tl;dr: horrible service and attitude - bought some faulty cables, store cannot verify faulty cables, store claims faulty cables were not bought in the store, store reluctantly replaced cables Detail: Purchased three 3.5 mm cables from the store. Out of the three cables, none of them worked perfectly (two of them had the left channel failed, one of them downright didn't work). Took it back to the store few hours later, and the lady checked the cables on a mono speaker. This means that the faulty cable with one bad channel works fine on the speaker. She said the the cable worked perfectly. I told her to check the other cables. When she got to the cable that didn't work at all, she had the audacity to claim that the cable does not look like ones that they were selling. Hence, she could not replace the cables. I told her that I bought the last three cables that were on display, and even showed her the original packaging and the receipt. I told her to check the CCTV. Finally she capitulated and replaced the cables with the new ones. I asked her whether she can test the new cables on stereo speakers so we can check whether both channels are working. She does not have a stereo speaker on hand. I told them that they can check using a YouTube video which can test speaker by outputting the left and right channel one at a time. They (very) reluctantly did the test for me. The new cables turned out to be fine.

Faulty LED light, went back to change as there are warranty for 6 months. Shop owner gave variety of excuses for not to change or refund or use other items for replace until I lost patience and told him off. Bad experience. Stay away if you can.
