i m a regular customer n would like to compliment the shop for its very excellent services n v good quality omerchandises on phone n computer items. I have been going to the shoo ever since my first visit. Highly recommended to visit.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Chatted on carousell on multiple occasions but all left at seen. Not responsive at all. Why set up a carousell page just to leave people on read.

Friendly staff with customer centricity. Willing to negotiate prices, if you buy several items. The shop is stuffed with covers, and the staff know exactly where everything is.

Another update: my 3rd time visiting this store and they always have excellent service and discounts! This is now my go to place for screen protectors! Update: came again for a replacement screen protector and once again they've provided the same excellent service as before. I'll be bringing my friends here in the future as well. Impressive! They even do application service for screen protectors bought from outside their store! Even though my paperlike screen protector is a little damaged they still managed to apply it perfectly. 10/10 will visit again! Cases, covers and protectors for almost any phone and tablet aviliable here too!

Beware, seller is shady. Called to check pricing of item and seller told me that the screen tempered glass protector for my phone is 10-15 dollars. However when I walk in to purchase the item on the same day, they told me that the price was now 25 dollars.

In my opinion it’s the worst place to visit to change screen protector. We were recommended to get a high grade screen protector (UV Tempered glass) for our Oppo find x3 phone for a price of $25. End of the day, we didn’t get any tempered glass, but a soft screen protector which look exactly like what Oppo phone gave free and was charged $15 and 45 mins wasted. We let 2 different staff handled the UV tempered glass application. The first staff did a really bad job however decided that it was ok and handled us back the phone because she’s done. In one look without touching the phone, I could see the tempered glass is already scratched. I don’t know how she could missed that. We ask the second staff to take over as we can tell that the first staff is already exhausted as she spent 20 mins on it. The second staff spend another 20 mins on it and still couldn’t get it. The problem is, it is very difficult to apply the glue and it requires professional hands to apply and stick. If the staff are not confident, please do not recommend customers to do it. Our phones are not your practice machine. If the glue overflows on the phone body and into the phone, it can cause damage to the phone.

We haunted down many shops at Sim Lim Square just just look for a Samsung A52S handphone cover. We were sorely disappointed elsewhere until we came across Orient Technologies. Even though it was tucked away at the back alley of the myriad of shops, we were surprised to spot a crowd hanging around the store. There was a huge galore of handphone covers of many brands and designs to choose from. We were simply amazed when we saw the rows and rows of handphone covers waiting to be selected by customers. There is always a staff whose at hand to usher us to the correct rack for choosing handphone covers. Quality of the handphone casing that we bought is hardy and made to last. It seems a very good buy at $18. Highly recommended!

From a small humble counter booth to a full fledged shop that the shop owner now runs with his 2 trusty long time employees, Orient Electronics has definitely come a long way and all of them deserves a 6 stars rating (yes 6 if Google reviews had 6 stars) from me. Went down to do an impossible cleanup job for my electronic devices (well, it was impossible for me when I tried it myself), but the staff (friendly gentleman) did it in 5 minutes or less. The best part? He offered the cleanup without charging me (reason due - it was a really simple job at the end and I myself thought it was very challenging initially). I'm not saying that potential customers should heckle them for free services or whatsoever but for what its worth - they offer a wide variety of phone accessories (from quality casings to durable screen protectors at affordable prices) and not to mention once again - reliable phone repair services.
