β β β β β Excellent quality furniture at similarly price point for most pieces. You have to come often and look and feel for yourself. Often you can get 10-15% off the ticket price, just need to not be shy to ask. Some pieces are obviously prioritise form over function and comfort, but needless to say there are diamonds in the rough. Bought my bocci lights and poliform wardrobe from here. The entire process from viewing, ordering, fabricating and delivery took 4 months total. Was extremely pleased with the result. I took off 1 star because it's still on the higher end and they obviously don't cater to mass market, so some of the contract staff treated me differently when I came in work attire vs singlet & board shorts.

Bad experience on online purchase.
Lady sales agent attended via email. Her tone in email was overbearing and kept insist my request unacceptable. One more thing, this agent sent empty email, and recalled and sent again. Very unpleasant.

One of the high-end furniture retailers in Singapore that carries multiple international luxury brands. Never ever crossed my mind that I would embrace with multiple failed deliveries; wrong wardrobe panels, broken glass panel and a scratched end table.
Sadly, my place had a couple of silverfish during the wait due to their corrugated boards that was below the uninstalled panels.
Was totally appalled by their end table replacement with an uneven glass top and minor hairline marks, and they claimed it was a natural occurrence from manufacturing. The most humiliating remark was informing me that they would authorize a refund if it does not meet my expectations. Would not recommend patronizing such horrible retailer. Product quality is questionable with some defects as shown for reference.
